Valley Wellness is a San Jose-based health promotion/worksite wellness business. We are in business to assist mid-sized companies to keep their employees healthy, resulting in lower health insurance premiums, lower absenteeism/presenteeism, higher productivity, and more.
We accomplish this through consultation with business owners, managers, and employees. After identifying problem issues, such as employees who smoke, are overweight/obese, etc., we work with the company to set up a health promotion plan to address these and other problem areas. We are an on-site, hands-on company.
